My name is Nathaniel Ru.

I'm the co-founder of sweetgreen and passionate about the intersection of food, culture and social impact.

We started in 2007, just three months out of college, with a vision to re-imagine fast-food by working directly with farmers to source the best quality ingredients.

Since opening our first location, sweetgreen has served over 300 million healthy meals.
